Our return policy period is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.

As a return condition, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Please be sure to use the packaging materials that were used at the time of receipt for the return.

Some products are not eligible for return. Please note that products made to personal order cannot be returned.


To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

In the following situations, only a portion of the product price will be refunded.
* Products that are damaged or partially missing for reasons not attributable to our fault, differing from their original condition.
* Products returned more than 30 days after arrival

After accepting and inspecting the return, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delay or unprocessed refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
If there are no errors in the information you provided, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be processed after we have completed the refund process.
Next, please contact your bank. It may take some processing time before the refund is issued.
If you still cannot confirm the refund after the above inquiry, please contact info@gee-co.jp.

Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds for regular-priced items are accepted, but refunds for sale items are not accepted.

Exchanges will only be accepted for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same product, please email info@gee-co.jp and return the item to the address below.

Gift
Items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the customer will be refunded in the form of a gift card equivalent to the value of the item upon return. The gift card will be mailed after the return is received.

If the product is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver has received the product themselves before giving it to the customer, any returns made by the customer will result in a refund being issued to the gift giver, and the gift giver will also be notified of the return from the customer.
Shipping
If you wish to return the item, you need to send it back to the following address: 103, 3-14-14 Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, 1070062, Japan.

The shipping cost for returning a product will be borne by the customer. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund. If you wish to receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please be aware that depending on your place of residence, it may take some time for the exchange item to be delivered.
