DELIVERY TERMS
Regarding delivery of personal orders and pre-orders
Personal order/pre-order products are made after receiving your order. Regarding the delivery period, please understand the flow below before proceeding with your order.

Purchase
After purchasing the product, we will send you a confirmation email. Please contact us within 48 hours if there are any changes. Changes may not be possible after that time.
Delivered within 25 days at the earliest
We close orders on the 20th of every month, and it takes a minimum of 25 days and a maximum of 60 days in the middle of the following month (subject to change due to transportation problems, holidays, etc.). Orders received after the 20th will be processed for the following month.

We will contact you by email when the shipment is ready. Please contact us in advance if there are any changes to the shipping address.
Product delivery
When the product arrives, please first check that there are no defects in the product and that it matches what you ordered. We cannot accept returns or cancellations for reserved or pre-ordered items.
